These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit thepurio.com, use its features, create an account, or buy a product from ThePurio. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please stop using the website if you do not agree with them.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your location to place an order. You must provide correct and complete information when using the website.

Product Use

ThePurio sells portable oxygen concentrators and related accessories for non-medical personal use. Our products are not a replacement for medical care or prescribed oxygen equipment.

Ask a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a breathing or heart condition, use prescribed oxygen, or are unsure if a product is suitable for you. Do not depend on a ThePurio product for emergency treatment or life-support use.

Follow the product manual and all safety instructions. Keep the device away from smoking, open flames, oils, and other fire risks. Do not change, open, or repair the product unless the instructions allow it.

Product Information

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications correct. Small differences may exist between the website images and the product received.

Oxygen output, battery time, sound level, and other results may change based on the selected setting, use conditions, product care, and individual use. Please review the product page and manual before ordering.

We may correct errors or update product information without notice. Contact us before purchase if a specification is important to your decision.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy from ThePurio. An order is accepted after payment is approved and we send an order confirmation.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, stock problems, pricing errors, payment issues, or other valid business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

An order cannot be canceled after shipment. Once delivered, an eligible product must follow our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the website states otherwise. Prices, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate billing details. You also confirm that you are allowed to use the selected payment method.

Payment providers and banks may carry out their own security checks. A payment may be delayed or declined by the provider. More details are available in our Payment Policy.

Shipping

ThePurio currently ships within the United States. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours, (excluding weekends and holidays), and usually arrive within 8 to 11 business days. These times are estimates and may change because of carrier, customs, weather, or other delays.

Customers must provide a full and correct delivery address. Orders sent to an incorrect address may not qualify for a refund. Full delivery terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must normally be started within 30 days of delivery. Products must usually be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Different rules apply to confirmed faults, damage, wrong items, and missing items.

Opened nasal cannulas and other opened hygiene items cannot be returned. Change-of-mind refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer pays the return shipping cost.

Do not return a product without approval. Our support team will provide the correct return address and instructions. The complete rules are stated in our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Limited Warranty

Confirmed product faults may qualify for replacement under our 14-month limited warranty. Proof of purchase, photos, or a short video may be required.

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, product changes, normal wear, or use that does not follow the manual. This warranty does not replace any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password private. You are also responsible for activity completed through your account.

Contact us at once if you believe someone has used your account without permission. We may suspend an account when needed to protect the customer, the website, or ThePurio.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to:

• Break any law or encourage another person to do so.

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Upload viruses, harmful code, or unsafe content.

• Gain access to another account or a restricted system.

• Interfere with the website, checkout, or security features.

Payment Disputes

Please contact support@thepuriohelp.com before starting a payment dispute. This gives us time to review the order and provide a refund or replacement when one is due.

Contacting us first does not limit any rights you have through your bank, card issuer, or consumer-protection law.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States. State law and mandatory consumer-protection rules may also apply based on the customer and the transaction.

General Terms

If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining sections will stay in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been given up.
